- 1 orange, zest only
- 3-4 tbsp Parsley leaves
- 2 stalks Celery, cut into chunks
- 2 spring onions, roughly cut
- 1x425g can tuna, drained
- 3-4 tbsp TM mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Place orange zest and parsley into TM bowl and chop 2-3 seconds/speed7, scrape down and repeat until finely chopped.
2. Add celery and spring onions to TM bowl and chop 5-10 seconds/speed 5 until chopped sufficiently to retain some texture.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds/speed 3 until just combined.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
5. Refrigerate and use as a sandwich filling, dip or spread.

Tip
TM Vegetable Stock Paste can be added for flavour, if desired.
