  • 1 package 2 minite noodles, I don't use the flavour satchet but is optional
  • 1 Handfull frozen peas and corn
  • 1 litre water

    2 Minite Noodle Muffin Quiches
  1. Put 1 ltr water in ThemomixClosed lid"Closed lid" and start heating to Veroma temp.Put all ingredients in a bowl and combine.Put into silicone moulds then into Veroma. Cook for 25/Veroma/2.

    These were so good, you can't go wrong with bacon and eggs. The noodles were overpowering but you could still taste them. I thought next time i make them i might sub spring onion for the peas and add a little salt for extra flavour.

    Does that mean you need to break all the noodles up first so they fit in muffin cases? Sorry just thought they might be to big?.

    tmrc_emoticons.) Sorry just saw this!! I just combine it all in a mixing bowl so my water can start heating in thermie. Only needs a light mix to bring it together. xo

    Great idea for kids. will give them a try tmrc_emoticons.)

    im guessing you mix on reverse spedd 3 or so ? so not to chop up all the ingredients.
