I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add all of the ingredients to the TM Bowl except for the cheese.
Cook for 7min, 100g speed 4
Add the cheese to the bowl, and process for 10sec speed 4.
Tip
This sauce can be used to dress a lasange, it can be used for mornay sauce, used over the top of vegies/silverside for a roast. Or just for mac and cheese, for this I would normally add a can of tuna with the pasta and a 2tbsp of dijionanise at the last step with the cheese. Then incorporate the to in my thermoserver.

Best easiest cheese sauce ever,no lumps smooth perfect. I do add some salt.
The cheese sauce turned out to be delicious. Your recipe is appreciated. So much simpler than melting, whisking, and worrying about lumpy cheese sauce that is made on the stove. See My website authority nutrition help
Perfect cheese sauce every time! So creamy and never any lumpy bits

Nice and tasty, I would add salt to taste and maybe a bit more cheese, I used this for a veggie bake,

Has anyone tried halving the recipe and do you change cooking time?
Such a great and easy recipe. Have used it many times. Just put everything in at once. Thanks
i have always made my cheese sauce on the stove top and its always been a stand and stir so it dosent get gluggy but this recipe was so easy and was very nice
What a great, forgiving recipe! I’ve made it before and it was tasty & easy. Due to a major lack of organisation I had no milk left and no desire to take sick kids to the shop so I tried it with 300g leftover canned coconut milk, 180g water & 20g chicken stock paste and it turned out great! Thanks 😊
