  • 40 grams Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Flour
  • 100 grams water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop the mushrooms. If you want it chunky, hand chop them or halve them. If you don't mind it quite smooth, chop in the TM on speed 7 for about 5 seconds.

  2. Add the butter, corn flour, water, and grind in some salt to taste.

  3. Cook for 10 minutes at 100 degrees on reverse and speed spoon.

    Added a bit more cornflour so it was a bit thicker - great easy way to make mushrooms !!

    Tasted amazing but sauce did not thicken as I would have liked. I opted for the chunky mushrooms and cooked it in reverse, added 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley and 1 whole clove of garlic which I removed before serving.
