- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 10 gram sesame oil
- 2 cans corn kernals or fresh
- 30 grams Vegetable Stock Concentrate (EDC)
- 3 eggs
- 6 slices ham
- 200 grams Cooked Chicken (shredded)
- 30 grams cornflor
- 1200 grams water

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop ginger, garlic and onion for 3 seconds speed 7.
Add sesame oil and saute for 2 minutes, 100 d speed 1.
Add corn kernals and chop for 5 seconds speed 5.
Add vege stock, water and cook for 12 minutes, 100 degree speed 1
Pour egg mixture on top of lid so that it drizzles slowly through holes in side of mc, with blades at speed 3. Then add cornflour keeping blades at speed 3. Add chicken, ham and cook for 2 minutes 100d speed 1
Tip
Fresh corn kernals can be used if you have them!

Warialda2402: I use a 440g can corn, a smaller 300g would be fine too . Ham - let's say 100-150g . Enjoy and apologies for the delayed response!
This was fantastic. I chopped 2 fresh chicken thighs and added them to cook at the same time as the veges and water. I used 2 fresh cobs of corn kernels. Great flavour.

I couldnt decide between your recipe and another as they looked so delicious. I used yours as the method seemed much simpler and just added a couple of tablspoons of soy and chinese cooking wine. It was terrific, thanks for sharing!
