  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 5 cm fresh ginger

  • 16 pieces Frozen, pre-made dumplings
  • 2 bunches bok choy, Washed and cut in half
  • 200 g dried Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 fresh red chilli, Sliced, to serve, (optional)
  • 2 spring onions/shallots, Sliced, to serve, (optional)
  • fresh coriander, To serve (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Instructions
  1. Place garlic cloves and ginger in mixing bowl and chop 3secs/speed7.
  2. Add remaining broth ingredients to mixing bowl and bring to the boil 8-10mins/110°/speed1.
  3. Add frozen dumplings and egg noodles and cook for 4mins/110°/reverse/speed1.
  4. Add bok choy to bowl and cook 2mins/110°/reverse/speed1.
  5. Serve soup hot, and top with chilli, spring onion and coriander (optional).

Tip

I used red onion as seen in photo, however spring onion is traditionally used.
