Ingredients

Seafood Soup

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Rashers bacon quartered
  • 2 tablespoon TMX Veg Stock Paste
  • 40 g white wine
  • 100 g White Fish (e.g. snapper)
  • 100 g Skinless and Boneless Salmon Fillet
  • 100 g scallops
  • 150 g squid rings, raw
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 700 g water
  • 200 g Cup Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 1 small chilli
  • 3 tomatoes

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop onion, garlic, chilli and bacon for 3 seconds/speed 6

    Add oil and saute 3 minutes/100 degrees/speed 1

    Pour water and stock into jug. Place vegetables  into steamer basket and white fish and salmon in bottom varoma tray. Cook 14 minutes/varoma/speed 2

    Add squid and scallops to top varoma tray and steam 6 minutes/varoma/speed 2

    Remove varoma trays and using spatula, tip vegetables into stock. Puree for 1 minute/speed 9

    Add corn to soup and mix 10 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4

    Pour soup into bowls and top with seafood.

    Really yum and good to use all TM31 Equip. Very streamlined for all steps required. Well done and thanks for sharing. Going to try a little bicarb soda after the tomatoes added to break down the acidity - should give it a smooth finish rather than fluffy.
