Ingredients
Dough
- 280 grams water
- 2 teaspoons instant dried yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 500 grams bakers flour
Filling
- 100 grams tomato paste
- 250 grams Diced bacon
- 250 grams tasty cheese, cubed

Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside
Place water and yeast into mixing bowl and heat 1 min/37`/speed 1
Add olive oil, salt and bakers flour mix 6 sec/speed 6, then knead 90sec/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode"
Work into a ball and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180'C
Mix all filling ingredients into TM 5 seconds/speed 8.
Roll out pizza dough approx 3mm thick
cut 5x5cm squares
1 tablespoon of filling in each and wrap firm
Place on baking paper & bake for 20-25minutes.
