Ingredients

500gm Chicken mince, 40gm pk French Onion Soup mix, 1 large carrot, 1 medium size zucchini, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, 1/3 cup cheese, 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, 4 sheets puffed pastry

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 40 g packet French Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/3 --- cup cheese
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 Sheets Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg to glaze
  • sesame seeds to finish

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c (fan on)


    Place cubed cheese & carrot into bowl & chop 6 sec / sp 6. Set aside.


    Place herbs & roughly chopped zucchini into bowl & chop 3 sec / sp 4. 


    Place the rest of the ingredients, including the cheese & carrot, into the bowl & mix to combine - 20 sec / sp 5.


    Lay puff pastry sheets flat & cut in half lengthways.


    Spoon 1/8 of filling along the edge of pasrty & roll up. Place on trays & brush with beaten egg & sprinkle with sesame seeds.


    Repeat with remaining mixture & puff pastry. Score each roll into 4 bite size pieces.


    Bake for 25-30mts or till golden brown.

Tip

Serve with BBQ, Tomatoe or Sweet Chilli Sauce
