Ingredients
- 60 g mature cheese, roughly chopped
- 60 g rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 450 ml milk (=450g)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion, halved
- 1 Handful parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon French Mustard

Put garlic, onion and parsley into TMX bowl. Mince on speed 7 for 4 seconds. Scrape down. Add cheese. Chop at speed 5 for 5 seconds. Add egg, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix speed 5 for 5 seconds. Add rolled oats. Mix for 8 seconds on reverse / speed 1-2.
Consistency should be like porridge.
Pour into well-greased tray and bake in hot oven (200 degrees +) until golden brown - about half an hour.
Serve hot with green vegetables or cold with green salad.

Quite nice as a side dish which we had over a number of meals and heated it through each time. Unusual texture because of the rolled oats. I'll make again trying some different flavours. Thank you for the recipe.
