- 2 --- carrots
- 6 large eggs
- 450 grams zucchini
- 190 grams SR flour
- 100 grams olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 80 grams tomato paste

1. Line a lasagne dish with baking paper.
2. Roughly chop zucchini, olives, onion and carrot and place in TM bowl. Chop on speed 5 for 5 secs. Remove from bowl and set aside.
3. Place SR flour, eggs, oil, tomato paste, S&P into TM bowl and mix for 20 secs on speed 4.
4. Add ingredients previously set aside in step 2 and mix 30-40 secs on speed 3 on reverse.
5. Pour into prepared tin and bake in preheated oven at 180'c for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Eat hot or cool.
Tip
Can place basil leaves on top of tomato
Can add any preferred vegggies
May need to use spatula to move ingredients down while combining
Serve with salad
Use any type of cheese to add as per liking. Most recipes call for 120-150g of cubed cheese. If using cubed cheese grate for 6 seconds on speed 6 six and set aside at before step 2.
Could also use pre grated cheese.
