I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Mix chia seeds with water in a small bowl & allow to sit at room temperature for approximately 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 150* and line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
Place almonds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sea salt flakes & rosemary into the TM bowl & mill for 20sec/sp7.
Add the soaked chia seeds & mix on 12sec/sp4 or until the ingredients begin to form a dough ball
Using spatula, scrape dough onto lined baking sheet & form into a ball with hands. Mixture will be sticky but firm.
Place another sheet of non-stick baking paper on top & roll out dough to approx 2-3mm thick.
Remove top sheet of paper & sprinkle extra sea salt flakes & sesame seeds over entire surface, pressing in gently with your hand to help them stick. Cut into discs using 5cm round cutter, place on oven tray.
Bake for approx 10mins then flip, re arrange the outer crackers to the inside if needed. Bake for a further 15 mins. Remove from oven & transfer crackers to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
Enjoy!

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
