Ingredients
- 40 g Parmesan cheese, cut into 2cm cubes
- 4 sprigs Fresh herbs, Rosemary, Thyme, leaves only
- 1 litre water
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock, EDC
- 50 g Butter
- 250 g polenta

Place parmesan and fresh herbs into TM bowl 20 secs / Speed 8
Lightly brush 20 x 30 cm pann with oil and sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
Put water and stock into TM bowl and cook 11 min / 90 degrees / Speed 4
After 3 minutes, slowly add polenta through the lid.
Spoon into prepared pan and allow to cool, set in fridge.
Preheat Oven to 220 degrees celcius.
Cut Polenta into 2 cm x 10 cm fingers and place on tray. Brush with oil.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden crisp.

I'll do half and shape into a loaf pan next time as that's a good amt for x4 adults as part of a main meal side dish. 😋

Awesome luv a quick easy recipe. Though it doesn't state when to add the butter I added mine just before I added the polenta ensuring it melted before the polenta went in.
Very yummy recipe. I doubled the herb and cheese and kept half of it to add to polenta whle cooking. I also added salt to the polenta.I also just used campbell's chicken stock as I didnt have the EDC chicken stock.
