WOOOOOWW!!!!!! This is definitely restaurant quality stuff!!! The sauce is incredibly flavoursome. I ended up cooking it all for an extra 5 mins because my fillets were slightly thicker. I also steamed carrots and snow peas in lieu of the bok choy. Definitely a winner!!!
Absolutely love this recipe! The whole family love it, including the kids and that's a rarity in my house. I have upgraded to a TM5 so am trying it tonight in the new machine. Fingers crossed it is still as good!
sauce its just amazing
rice cooked in basket always has like a weird texture to me. It is good and convenient, not amazing to me.
Salmon was overcooked for me. Next time I'll cook less time.
Definetly making again.
Hi - we don't fancy rice today so how much liquid do I put in jug to steam everything please?
This was one of the first meals I cooked in the thermie when I got it and it is prettt much a staple in our house! It's ssssooooooo yummy! You won't be disappointed
What a fantastic dish!
Thank you Natasha, beautiful flavours and very easy to prepare. I also added the bok choy later.
Enjoyed by the whole family, i used tamari instead of soy, rice malt instead of honey and added some shaved carrot, zuchini and snow peas to the bok choy for the last 5 min. I also baked the salmon in the oven in individual foil parcels with some of the sauce, the poured it back over the fish, rice and veg to serve
I make this often but for two people. I usually have too much sauce but find that it freezes well so very easy to prepare the following time. Absolutely love fish this way. I don't bother turning it over. Just cook for the total time.
A friend recommended me this recipe.
I have made it twice in two weeks. The family LOVES it.
The first time I made it as instructed, and the second time I pan fried the Salmon. Both were delicious.
Highly recommended!
This was just lovely. First time cooking salmon in the thermomix and everyone loved it.
