Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Delicious! I'll make this again.
After reading the comments, I used pork mince; doubled the amount of veggies and added 3 cloves garlic in with the onions; and used 6 sheets pastry across two pans.
Vicki22: I used really really lean mince but I think there is too much meat in this recipe, it almost looked like a meat patty inside.
It was very nice. I would halve the mince next time as it's too meaty and add more veg. I would also make individual pasties instead of the slice as the base can be a bit soggy but overall I'd definitely make it again.
Really enjoyed it but would love to know what mince you used. I used beef and it looked nothing like this
Have made this several times now and just about to make it again. My hubby and I love it . Because it's just the two of us I make it into two and put one in the freezer. Thanks for posting.
What type of mince did you use?
What could ypu use if you don't have a swiss roll pan?
Loved it! Cooking again because it's so good! Thanks for sharing
Making this today but in a small pie plate so have reduced the ingredients to ensure there is not too much. I also used my own homemade pastry from Whey more than a Yoghurt recipe book. I had some left over in the freezer so was just enough to make the pie plate. Will be enough for my husband myself for a couple of meals. It smells delicious. Thank you for sharing your receipe.
Absolutely Delicious! Cooked in the airfryer instead of the oven.
