  • 1000g bakers flour, or I like to use half spelt flour
  • 40g sugar, optional
  • 2 sachets of yeast or 14g
  • 630g lukewarm water
  • 40g sea salt

Pizza Topping

  • EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • Spinach Leaves
  • Smoked Salmon
  • fresh dill
  • thinly sliced red onion or spring onion
  • baby capers
  • crumbled feta cheese, or slices of brie
  • Cracked pepper and salt, to taste
  • avocado, slices

    SMOKED SALMON PIZZA
  1. Place all the ingredients into the TM bowl for 1min 30 secs, Closed lid"Closed lid" Dough mode"Dough mode" . I don't normally bother letting the dough rest you can if you like. This amount will make 8-10 thin pizzas or 4 thick pizzas.

    Roll out your pizza onto baking paper & drizzle with olive oil & place all the remaining topping ingredients on top except the avocado. Cook at 200 degrees for 10 - 15 mins depending on your oven. Place slices of avocado & salt & peper on top & serve.
