- 1 sachet dried yeast, 7 grams (just over 2 teaspoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 330 grams warm water
- 2 pinches salt

1. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. 1min/37degees/speed2
2. Kneed dough 3mins//
3. Remove to greased plastic bowl and cover with cling wrap until doubled in size (minimum 30 minutes)
4. Knock down, and roll out on lightly floured surface.
5. Add toppings and cook in hot oven on pizza stone for best results.

Use flour to to help when rolling out on bench top.
