  • 150 g plain flour
  • 370 g full fat milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Yorkshire Puddings
  1. Turn on Oven - 220c
    Place Duck Fat into the Muffin Pan
    Put the tray into the oven to heat. (Approximately 10minutes)
  2. Add Flour, Milk, Eggs, Salt and Pepper into Bowl.
    Mix 12sec, Sp6

    Rest Mixture until the Fat is ready.
  3. Remove Muffin Pan from the oven, pour mixture into the hot fat (It will likely bubble/spit)
  4. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Tip

Will need Muffin Tray - Make sure the fat is super hot so that the Yorkshire Puddings will rise!

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).
