I found this to be too dry, followed recipe to a tee but I would have to add more oil or another egg next time to make moist. Kids didn't like it, so I guess I'll be eating it for a while now! 😬 I will give the recipe another go though with this in mind.
nesstay: Do you grate a whole apple into the mix?
What size tin is best? Square or 20 x 30??
Whole family loves these, I used coconut oil instead and added an apple to it. Definitely doing them again. Thanks
So quick, easy and delicious!!! Bought the grapeseed oil, on the hope my kids would love these. And they do! Another lunchbox snack sorted. Thanks!!
michellez:
could you use use coconut oil? I too don't have grapeseed oil, but will buy if absolutely necessary for this recipe.
Cheryl Westbury: Hi Cheryl. I presume you used dried Parsley and Chives. If so, did you dry them yourself?
Super easy, didn't use the sugar, kids love and great for school
Loved it.
Good for lunchboxes. Thank you!
