  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 85 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 310 g Nutella or Hazelnut Spread

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat Oven 175'C

     

    Add all ingredients into Thermomix

    Mix on Speed 6 / 10 secs - scrape down sides and repeat

    Place mixture into freezer for 10 mins

     

    Use a tablespoon size to scoop out dough balls and place onto baking tray which is covered in baking paper or Thermomat.

     

    Bake 8 - 10 mins

    YUM. These are our new favourite cookies. I upped the flour to 105gm flour as the first batch were quite flat, which made them perfect.

    Delicious and super easy biscuits perfectly chewy in the middle. I doubled the recipe which made 40 biscuits. The whole household loved them.

    Wow!

    we never have Nutella in the house and bought some today for fun then found this recipe! Chewy & crunchy! Just how I like cookies! I used a teaspoon and they were stil a decent size. I hope they survive for my husband and daughter to try them after work & school  tmrc_emoticons.)
