Loaf

  • 60 g Psylllium husks
  • 80 g Coconut Flour
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 25 g Linseed Seeds
  • 25 g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 25 g sesame seeds, Extra for decoration
  • 25 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g Rapadurra Sugar, or Coconut Sugar
  • 2 heaped teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 400 g filtered water
  • 100 g sultanas
  • 100 g Figs Chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease Oven Loaf Tin

  2. Preheat Oven 200'C

  3. Add dry ingredients: Psyllium Husks, Coconut Flour, Chia Seeds, Linseeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon  to TM Bowl; Mix 15 Seconds, Speed 7

  4. Quickly add wet ingredients: Vanilla Essence, Eggs, Coconut Oil, Filtered Water; Mix 15 Seconds, Speed 7

  5. Add Sultanas and Figs; Mix 10 Seconds, Speed 4

  6. Knead dough for 2 minutes Dough mode"Dough mode"

  7. Pour into loaf tin and let it rest for 30 to 60 minutes 

  8. Bake in the Oven; 200' for 30 Minutes

  9. Allow to cool on wire rack before cutting

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
