flour mix
- 120 grams almonds
- 80 grams brown rice
- 40 grams quinoa
wet ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 400 grams or two med bananas
Remaining
- 125 grams coconut oil, Cold pressed
- 125 grams Coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Topping
- 1 package raspberries, Thinly sliced
- Almond flakes
- Coconut

- 1. preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. Grease a minin loaf pan line with baking paper.
2. place quinoa in bowl mill spd9/30 sec. put aside in a seperate bowl. Place rice in bowl mill spd9/ 1 min put in bowl with quinoa flour. Place almonds in bowl mill spd7/20 secs. Tip quinoa/rice flour in and combine Spd 4/ 5secs. Tip combined flour in bowl & set aside. Wash & dry bowl.
3. Insert butterfly & add egg whites. Beat for 3-5 mins/ temp 50 deg/ speed 4
4. Take out butterfly add 1 and a half bananas chopped & mix 5 secs/speed 5.
5. add remaining ingredients including the flour mix. Mix 40 secs/ speed 4
6. divide mixture evenly into pans & top with half sliced banana and strawberries and almond flakes or coconut.
7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden let cool & enjoy.
8. You can use a variety of different fruit depending on what is in season. Enjoy
