I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Cut carrot and celery into 3cm chunks.
2. Place carrots, celery and onion into bowl "Closed lid" and chop
2 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula.
3. Add rinsed chickpeas to bowl "Closed lid" and chop
2 sec/speed 4. You want it to be a little bit chunky.

7secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2.
5. Divide chickpea filling between 6 slices of bread or wraps add your favorite fillings like lettuce, tomaote or cucumber and enjoy.
1. I like to add chopped avocado into the chickpea mix rolled up into a wrap with lettuce and tomatoe.
2. My kid also love this as a dip served with crakers and celery sticks.
3. You can also make this vegan by adding a vegan mayo.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Lovely. Added tahini to give that extra creaminess as I ran out of vegan mayo
