Ingredients
- 200 grams mixed dried fruit
- 40 grams pumpkin seeds
- 40 grams pecans
- 50 grams sunflower seeds
- 50 grams almonds
- 85 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 140 grams rolled oats
- 45 grams wheatgerm, as needed to bind
- 35 grams oatbran or lecithin meal
- 20 grams sesame seeds
- 125 grams Butter
- 170 grams sugar
- 100 grams honey

Place mixed dried fruit in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 9. Set chopped mixed fruit aside in large mixing bowl.
Next place pumpkin seeds, pecans sunflower kernels and almonds in TM and chop for 3 seconds on speed 4. Then add coconut, rolled oats, wheat germ, oatbran and sesame seeds in TM bowl and mix on reverse speed 2 for 30 seconds.
Dry roast this mix for 5 mins on varoma temperature speeds 4. Then set aside in large mixing bowl with dried fruit and combine.
Add the butter sugar and honey to the TM bowl and heat on varoma speed 1 for 12 minutes. The stir the caramel mix into the nut mixture immediately.
Press into a lined 28cm slice tray, and press firmly with the back of a dessert spoon to even out the mixture. Allow to cool in fridge, then cut into desired size pieces. Store in airtight container and consume within 7 days
