Thank you for sharing your recipe. I cooked my batch a little longer and I added more sugar as my plums are rather tart. I turned out rather tasty in the end.

After reading comments I cooked jam extra 5 minutes but still didn't set properly, turned out more like a thick sauce. Didn't mind it not being too sweet and loved the spicy flavour.Smile

Deeeeelicious! I cooked mine 5 mins longer for my TM5. Used rapadura sugar; halved clove just in case it was a bit too strong for kids palate, but could definitely have kept at full amount.Smile

Excellent recipe. Mine was more like a sauce. I omitted the cloves and have been using it on my bircher muslie - absolutely perfect for that!

Thanks for the recipe. It is a bit different with the spices but a winner here. Didn't quite set but still passable for jam. making another batch with the next load of plums i get!

I found this a bit too 'spicey' and not sweet enough.  If i make it again i will half the cloves amount and do about 250g sugar.  How it is by this recipe will do very well for sweet and sour sauce etc. though.

    SUPER!!

Super easy and delicious to make. I used jam setter sugar. Will use this jam recipe for other fruit also.  tmrc_emoticons.)
