I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place chia seeds in a separate bowl and add in one cup (250ml) water and leave it to soak for at least an hour or can be left over night. The longer you soak the seeds the softer they will be. (see tips)
2. Add all other ingredients to the TM bowl including the chia seed mixture and blend on spd 6.5 for 30 to 40 secs. Check to see consistency and blitz once more on spd 5 for 10 to 15 secs.
3. Once your happy with the consistency you can distribute the mixture to their serving bowls and combine with strawberries, blueberries or cacao nibs, or you can just enjoy it plain.
Method
Tip
If the consistency of the pudding is too thick, just add some more water. (Up to 1/2 cup extra)

Thanks for sharing! I will definitely try it with the rice malt syrup next time.

This is an odd but great recipe! It kind of reminds me of chocolate yogo or chocolate custard. I make mine 'fructose free' but using rice malt syrup (3tbs). Thanks!
