- 100 g dried figs, Remove stems
- 50 g dried coconut
Chocolate
- 160 g Coconut butter, Or butter for non dairy free
- 160 g coconut oil
- 30 g Cacao
- 50 g rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice

Line baking tray with baking paper - set aside.
Add figs to bowl, chop on speed 8 for 8 seconds, or until desired consistency is achieved.
Spread chopped figs and coconut into a lined baking tray or individual moulds. Set Aside.
Add coconut butter & oil to bowl, 5min/60degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /1.
Add cacao & rice malt syrup, 2min/60degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /2.
Pour over fig & coconut mix and leave to set in the freezer for 30mins.
ENJOY!
Tip
This can be made into either a slice or individual portions
