Ingredients

Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce (converted from a Nigella Lawson recipe)

  • 175 g pure cream
  • 100 g Dark cooking chocolate
  • 100 g Peanut Butter, (Homemade in your TMX, of course!)
  • 75 g golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanuts, Chopped

Recipe's preparation

    Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce
  1. Put chocolate in TMX bowl and grate for 10-15 seconds on speed 8.

  2. Add everything else in to TMX bowl.  Cook for 3 minutes at 90º on speed 3.

  3. Let the sauce sit for a couple of minutes to thicken up and then serve it over ice cream (we had the vanilla ice cream from the Everyday Cookbook) and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

    Yum!! I was looking for a super quick sweet fix and this hit the spot perfectly!

    I used up some old easter eggs and halved the recipe and still have heaps left for another night to pour over some icecream. I omitted the peanuts and it was still full of flavour.

    OH MY GOODNESS! This was amazing. I made a half portion using 50g 70% dark chocolate, 80g thickened cream, 50g store bought crunchy peanut butter, 50g of golden syrup and cooked for 3 min and 30 sec in my TM5. The end result was a thick, gooey, sweet sauce which was served over vanilla ice cream and was devoured. YUM!!

    This is yummo! Tastes like melted snickers bars. I didn't have any golden syrup so I just used 30gr of maple syrup instead.
