Ingredients
Slice of Heaven Cheesecake
- 250 grams Buttersnap Biscuits, (1 package)
- 20g grams butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese, (1 package)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bottle thickened cream, (300 ml)
- 2 lemons juiced, rind from one lemon
- 5 grams gelatine

- 1. Line a 23cm Spring Form tin with foil
- 2. Preheat to 200'C
- 3. Add biscuits, nutmeg and cinnamon to bowl. Set to Locked Lid and turbo 4 times for 1 second.
- 4. Stir in melted butter.
- 5. Press into spring form tin over base and sides
- 6. Bake in oven for 10 mins
- 7. Rinse Bowl.
- 8. Add cream cheese, cream, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, rind and gelatine dissolved in 20ml boiling water
- 9. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 6
- 10. Pour into Spring Form tin to set (in fridge)
- 11. Sprinkle with extra nutmeg to serve.

Great cheesecake!
I made a plain biscuit base and decorated the cheesecake with fresh cream and strawberries for my sons 14th birthday.
Delicious and not terribly sweet or rich.
