VEGAN Chocolate Fudge

  • 200 grams Dairy Fine Dark Chocolate from Aldi
  • 1 cans Sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 120 grams Nuttelex
  • 75 grams golden syrup
  • 50 grams Maple syrup
  • Geleatine Free 100's and 1000's

Recipe's preparation

  1. METHOD
    Place chocolate {broken into a few pieces} into the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds speed 9 and set aside.


    Place the rest of the ingredients into TM bowl and cook for 8 minutes 100C speed 3 with Measuring Cup OFF.

    Scrape the sides and bottom of TM bowl with spatula.

    Cook for 20 minutes Varoma speed 3 with Measuring Cup OFF.

    Add back the chocolate and mix 10 seconds speed 3-4 to combine. Check chocolate has melted. If you need to, mix again for another 10 seconds.


    ♥Line a 15×25 tin with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin and leave to cool, and then refrigerate until set. Sprinkle with Gelatine Free 100's and 1000's if desired. Cut into small squares. Enjoy
