- 160 gram Ayam coconut cream
- 100 gram water
- 85 gram Rice malt syrup
- 2 eggs
- 20 gram Arrowroot
- 30 gram Cacao
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. add all ingredients except the eggs to TM
2. start TM 7mins, Sp4, 80 degrees
3. add eggs 1 at a time through the top once started.
4. place into little containers
5. set in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight

I believe tapioca flour/starch is often interchanged frequently with Arrowroot.
