easy and delicious
Perfect patties! As a big fan of the traditional tuna patty I have tried many different thermomix recipes but never managed to get the result I was accustomed to enjoying using the stove top method. My husband always ate them and never commented. Well, all that has now changed. This recipe nailed it! I was happy and my husband’s first comment was - “these are just like you used to make.” Big 😊. Thank you very much for this fabulous recipe. It is in my favourites.
I never have success with patties, they always turn out too damp. But I followed this recipe to the tee and they turned out perfectly.
I cooked them in the pie maker.
Next time I'll try sweet potato and add some corn. Thanks for the recipe x
Very nice. Thank you
These were delicious! The inside was so light and fluffy, I added about 1/2 TS of Thyme.
These were delicious!
I used tuna in oil and doubled the recipe. I did half sweet potato and half normal potato and dded some peas and corn. Thanks for sharing and I will be making the patties regualrly.
A tasty pattie that the kids enjoy and that I can modify to suit what veges I have in the fridge.
Made for dinner tonight and they were delicious! My 5 year old loved them too!
