Tip
Cooking time for meat may vary depending on the cut of meat used. I cooked mine for the full 60 minutes to ensure the meat was nice and tender.
Delicious served with mashed potato. I actually served it with celeriac and potato mash which is basically the recipe in your Every Day Cook book but I used half potato and half celeriac. It gives a beautiful flavor

My partner is always asking me to make this. Delicious
This was a winner with the hungry hoards. I did not have quite as much meat but it still worked well. I put zucchini and cabbage in the Varoma.
yummy dish, nice alternative to standard tomato based casserole
A very nice cooler weather meal, tender beef if cooked the 1 hour, loved the parsnip included and next time I would use a larger one, I had it with steamed veges which was nice however it would be really good with mash potato and celeriac as recommded. I will be making this one again , thanks for the recipie !
Delicious . I will definitely make the recipe again.
