Omg worth the effort ❤️ Changed around a bit with what I had in the house; pumpkin & sweet potato for the top, rice wine vinegar instead of wine, and oregano instead of tarragon, fresh mushies instead of porcini powder. And I drained some excess juice before baking. Delish!
At the end the meat still had a lot of water from the cooking so I removed it with a colander.
Tasty, yes, if you close your eyes. It's not pretty. But then I did have to cook the meat sauce much longer than expected in order to steam the veg til tender.. I guess I didn't dice the veg finely enough. Why do we have to chop veg by hand anyway, isn't that why I bought a TM? Surely if it's going to be blended later it could be chopped in the TM and set aside at the start. Also had to turn it up to blend properly.
Wow sounds amazing!
Happy cooking,
Doci
