This was lovely - the rice was undercooked for our taste so I'll increase the cooking time next time.

    Love my Thermie Soft

Really enjoyed this recipe. I added more garlic and 3 dried chilli's and it was divine. Would definitely make again. Thanks for sharing

    We loved this!
I made it with about 500g of prawn meat, frozen peas and coconut cream as we are lactose intolerant. It was lovely. Although next time i will reduce the chilli flakes, it was a little spicy for my kids. (perfect for me though). I will definitely be making this again.

Lovely flavour but needed extra time as I found the rice wasn't cooked enough. Would make again though.

Made this for the first time tonight. Very easy & super tasty!!! My daughter (miss 10) claims to hate risotto, ate the whole lot after we renamed it paella (just a little white lie!!) Thank you for a simple, delicious & and family friendly meal that will become a regular.

So yumm, I needed more liquid and used peas and frozen prawns. I forgot the cheese but with the extra garlic I threw in it was still full of flavour.

Absolutely delicious!  Made this for lunch today. I used 500g of prawns and added baby spinach and rocklet instead of peas. Highly recommend this quick and easy dish.
