  • 400 grams chicken thigh, chopped into decent bite-sized chunks
  • 0.5 litre chicken stock
  • 0.25 litres rosé wine
  • 400 grams butter beans
  • 2 portions orzo, (a handful)
  • 2 --- large new potatoes, chopped into decent bite-sized chunks
  • 400 grams red grapes
  • 2 --- Stalks of celery, leaves & all, chopped into quarters
  • 1 --- onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 --- leek, peeled, washed and white only
  • 1 bunch Tarragon, supermarket punnet size

Recipe's preparation

    Method

    1. Into the mixing bowl place the onion, leek, celery and a pinch of salt. Chop 6 secs/speed 4.

    2. Scrape down and add olive oil

    3. Cook 10 min/100°C/speed 1

    4. Add the wine 5 min/100°C/speed 1

    5. Add the chicken, stock, potatoes and orzo 15 min/100°C/speed 1//counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting

    6. Add the grapes, tarragon and butter beans 3 min/100°C/speed 1/counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting

    7. Season to taste and garnish with pretty tarragon leaves if you wish

    8. Eat with glee

Tip

Could easily be adapted to gluten-free by dropping the orzo

Could easily be adapted to vegetarian by dropping the chicken and upping the butter beans
