I dont know what I did wrong but this was awful and looked nothing like the photo.
Delicious
Very disappointed 😔 looked nothing like the picture what so ever, looked like oily creamy that was completely runny like water. Pork ended up being in almost minced pieces. Would not recommend making this one
I added 2 tablespoons of corn flour when I added the pork, also used coconut milk instead of the cream, and added thin slices of leek.
Turned out perfect.
Easy recipe and good flavour. Mine was a bit salty but it was probably my stock paste, so next time I'll halve the stock. It is a runny dish but the sauce is good! Thanks for the recipe.
Yum, will be making this many times more
Hubby and I loved this, we aren't big pork fans but this was delicious.
Very nice flavours. Thickened with a little cornflour. Will make again
i subbed the cream for cocnut cream and added 2 tsp cornflour with the pork etc plus salt and pepper, lovely
First time I made this it was perfect, tonight made it exactly according to recipe and it was runny and oily, added cornflour but it didn't thicken up at all and left clumps of cornflour in the sauce, please someone tell me where I went wrong??
