Next time would cook pasta seperate as went gluggy and mushy :/ Sauce flavour was good
Quick, easy and delicious! Sauce was lovely and thick. I used carrots, frozen peas and frozen spinach. I also used pasta bow ties, but would be interested to know how it would go/how to do it with long spaghetti. Will definitely be making again! Thanks for sharing.
I agree, a great meal when you're in a hurry & one you can certainly vary depending on what is in your fridge! I didn't have any fresh chilli, so omitted the rapadura sugar and added approx. 90g sweet chilli sauce instead! I didn't have any mushrooms, so added zucchini and carrot! I didn't have enough cream, so added half coconut cream! AND it was still a very tasty, enjoyable meal.

Great dish for the time poor.
I only used 5g of chilli and WOWZERS it was spicy!! will adjust for next time.
To make it a little healthier, I used only 300g chicken and 180g pasta, and made up the extra with carrot and zucchini. I also substituted half the cream for greek yoghurt.
