I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Roughly chop carrot and zucchini and put in thermomix. Chop on 10 seconds speed 6. Leave in bowl.
To the thermomix bowl add half of mince then add spices and eggs. Then add rest of mince on top and just move around with your spatula a bit. Mix for 15 seconds speed 4 reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" . Scrape down sides and repeat for another 15 seconds until all incorporated.
Tip mixture into bowl (or leave in thermomix bowl if you don't mind sticking your hands in near those blades). Wet hands and roll into balls a bit smaller than a golf ball.
Heat frying pan on medium to high heat add oil to pan and fry for about 10 mins or until they are nice and brown on all sides. You will need to do in two batches if you dont have two big fry pans.
Depending on how you like to eat them you can have them with tomato sauce or we had them with my whole egg mayo recipe.
My 5 year old, 1 year old and hubby loved them.

Serve with my homemade potato slices/chips and my homemade garlic mayo! YUM.
This is the recipe I used with these amounts as I had a bit over 1kg of mince. So feel free to halve if you don't need this many. This recipe fed 3 adults, 2 kids with about 10 balls left over

Recently I went to a YIAH (your inspiration at home) party which is a company that make different spices, oils, dukkas, meat rubs and dip mixes. I love tasty things and these spices taste great. I don't personally sell these but someone I know does if you are interested in buying some or having a party. //www.facebook.com/ebonybathgate.yourinspirationatho…/ . Otherwise you could look up the ingredients of each tub on their website to get an idea of the individual spices used.
