Loved it! My teenage boys ate it too, now that's saying something!
Not a bad tasting dish, but it certainly didn't taste like Butter Chicken to us. Also there was SO much sauce compared to chicken ratio.
I got to the ingredient listed as "180 tomato paste" and wasn't sure what exactly to do. I added in 20g of Tomato Paste as well as a tin of tomatoes. I'm not sure what was meant to be the correct ingredient for there.
Like I said, it wasn't bad, but we certainly would not make again.
Great! I'm so glad you liked it. Thanks for commenting.

So full of flavour! I'm not a curry fan but this was really really really good and was a hit with MOST of the kids. It seemed more basic than other recipes I've seen but the flavours were all still there. I used chicken thigh instead of breast (personal preference) and was so glad when the chicken didn't get shredded in the bowl. I whipped this up on a Sun morning and froze it ready for a quick weekday meal. Definitely will be making again.
Yummm!!! "Closed lid"
