Delicious! We left out the coriander, but it was amazing.
I thickened the sauce with cornflour and added some balsamic vinegar.
I really enjoyed it.
Yum, yum, yum! This will be a regular in our house. I followed the recipe but finished it by thickening the sauce with cornflour and cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Thanks for sharing.
This is a great dish!! Made it without the chilli (because of the kids) but still delicious! Will make again.
Absolutely delicious even though I forgot the spinach
Just loved it I adore potatoes but will try with riCe next time

So Glad you liked it Im glad you workd out a way to do it with Rice and Quinoa. I used to do it with Rice but found it didnt cook properly plus My husband isnt a fan of rice and loves potato. My family always askfor this one too I actually use the Cathy's 3 C's Spice mix instead of the ground cummin and corriander, which is on the community too. Have a go mixing some up and you can use it for all sorts of things :0 it has a couple of freshly ground cinnamon sticks in it too. Much better when using freshly ground spices
Glad you enjoyed it Sasha.. yes me too, i love recipes that make it all at once for you Love my Varoma
