Ingredients
Buckwheat
- 200 g Buckwheat groats
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, or lemon juice
- water, to coover
Puree
- 250 g strawberries
Other ingredients
- 1 banana
- 125 g Milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom ground
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Soak the buckwheat in water overnight with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
In the morning drain and rinse with cold water and allow to dry while you prepare the Berry Puree
Place the Berries in the bowl and puree for 15sec / Speed 5.
Remove half the puree and set aside.
With the remaining half of the berry puree still in the bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and blend 30sec / Speed 9 until smooth.
Serve the porridge in a bowl topped with the reserved berry puree or using glasses as per the picture, layer the porridge with the puree.
