What a fabulous recipe, everyone loved it
I suggest season to taste at the end for maximum result.

Very easy, quick and very yummy. I did put the butterfly in the bowl right at the start, did the boiling on reverse 1 for 15 mins, and the blending on speed 3 instead of 6. This way I retained a bit more texture and also saved me from squeezing in the butterfly when the bowl is full...

This was nice. I added some chopped uncooked spring onion before the butterfly step & would do so again. Thanks for this recipe.

Such a fantastic recipe. Super easy, quick and so delicious. I prefer this now over just normal potato mash.

Very easy and yummy. A good substitute for mashed potato. The kids loved it and even went back for seconds. That definitely means a winner in my household! tmrc_emoticons.)
