I very rarely add comments but this is so amazing! If you don't want the sauce to become runny, it is worth squeezing the excess liquid out of the zucchini and patting with a paper towel.

Who never raw vegan food could actually taste that amazing

I was very exicted to try this tonight as lots of people were rating this recipie with praise. I was disappointed by the end result. I like the idea of the a raw Pad Thai but the 'sauce' was more a paste and didnt evenly coat anything. It was more gluggy consistancy and the flavours weren't there for me personally.

Really really yum. For a husband that hates zuchinni, he ate it with no complaining.

Thank you for sharing this recipe, it is a very tasty version of Pad Thai. I served it with garlic chilli prawns. I can't wait to make this dish again.
