Recipe's preparation

  1. Measure all ingredients into the Thermomix Bowl mix speed 5/10 secs, it should form a dough that is not sticky. 30 secClosed liddough mode. Put dough into a ziplock bag and let rest for a minimum of 30mins.

Tip

Once dough is formed it can be rolled out by hand or by a pasta machine.

    Hi, this recipe has incorrect measures as there is a kilo of flour and only one egg.
