Measure all ingredients into the Thermomix Bowl mix speed 5/10 secs, it should form a dough that is not sticky. 30 sec. Put dough into a ziplock bag and let rest for a minimum of 30mins.
Tip
Once dough is formed it can be rolled out by hand or by a pasta machine.
