The sauce has nice flavour but it is way too thin.
How much corn flour are people adding and at what point?
Although I used it as a sauce and thickened it with corn flour it is an absolute winner! Beautiful flavour!
awesome recipe, I added a bit of shredded chicken and it need to be thickened up a bit
Altered it with couple of smaller variations, little bit more bacon, little less mushroom and cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. This was THE best boscaiola dish I have ever tasted.
Easy and delicious!
Simple, quick and delicious !
I added 1 tsp of vegetable stock paste (Basic Cookbook for recipe) and 20 gr of Philadelphia cream cheese and it was delicious.
If you want a thicker sauce you can add a little cornflour but I didn't mind the consistency.
My husband loved it. Will definitely be my go to recipe for a quick & tasty pasta dish.
I have literally just finished eating this for dinner tonight!
It was sooooo yummy!!
I added chicken to it that I cooked in the pan and also 100g of corn kernels.
Husband was happy and it's actually one of the first thermomix meals he freely came out and said 'you can make that again!!'
great dish, amazing flavour. I added more pepper to the end result. Whole family loved it!
Would have liked a thicker sauce but wasn't sure how to do that. Tasty otherwise thanks.
