- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 grams olive oil
- 350 grams Aborio Rice
- 100 grams white wine

- 1100 water
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 300 grams Pumpkin - cubed
- 120 grams peas
- 80 grams mascapone
