  • 1 large brown onion peeled and halved
  • 1 apple peeled and cored
  • 70 grams raw sugar
  • 1 dash mixed spices
  • 1 dash mixed herbs of choice
  • 90 grams white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients (whole) into jug (except cornflour) and cook for 30 minutes, speed 1, 100 degrees.Mix the cornflour with some extra white vinegar to form a syrup (no lumps) and add to jug.Blitz ingredients, speed 10 / 20 secondsCook 2 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1. Store in sterilised jars.
