Add all ingredients and mix 30 seconds speed 1
cook 5 minutes/70 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
prepared leg ham by removing skin, score, add cloves in each diamond, pour glaze over the ham add some water in the dish to or event glaze burning in the dish and bake uncovered 160 degree over for approx 1 hour.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. I have used this recipe twice now, simple and delicious
