- 1 - 2 cloves garlic
- 150 g Low Carb Ketchup
- 150 g Light Tasting Olive Oil
- 12 drops Liquid Splenda
- 120 g red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds

Put garlic in "Closed lid" for 3 seconds/speed 7. Scrape down bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process for 30 seconds/speed 4. Pour into a jar using the "Closed lid" lid as a funnel.
Let sit overnight in the fridge.
This is a low carb clone of Kraft Catalina Salad Dressing.
Tip
If you don't have Liquid Splenda, add the equivalent of 1/2 cup sugar of your favourite sweetner.
Can be used to glaze chicken on the grill.
